Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
✔ Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
✔ Be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
✔ Have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Items returned damaged, used, or missing parts (unless due to our error)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us at contact@popngobaby.com with photos of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
