If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at contact@popngobaby.com. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your account to check your order status.

If you order multiple items, we try to ship them together. However, depending on stock availability and warehouse location, some items may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
If you need to swap an item

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

If your item arrives damaged, please email contact@popngobaby.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
